Eliza Delaughter, a native of Venezuela, has worked with multiple foundations and non-profits and has connections in the medical, financial and education communities.  She has been in this area for the past 15 years and got her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Systems.

With eight years of experience in sales and marketing in the medical field, she is now the Vice President of Business Development at Alliance Physical Therapy. She has also been part of Thrive 2055 Committee and Former VP of Memberships for the International Council-Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce.  Currently she serves on the International Council’s board of directors.

Finally, Eliza worked as a program coordinator for two years at Esperanza Del Barrio, a non-profit organization for latinos in the Chattanooga area.
