SNAP Applications
By partnering with the Chattanooga Food Bank Area, SNAP applications are held in our offices by appointments every Thursday.
Coverkids & TennCare
In partnership with the Tennessee State Office of Family & Children Services, TennCare and CoverKids applications are facilitated in our offices by appointment every Tuesday and Wednesday.
Medical Centers
Dental Health
Chattanooga State Community College offer dental services at the Health Science Center, Room 2002 located at 4501 Amnicola Highway, Chattanooga, TN, 37406. They are open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Children aged 4 to 11 can visit for free, while adults are charged $15 per visit.
Cempa Community Care is located at 1042 E 3rd Street, Suite 100 in Chattanooga, TN. Their business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Mondays to Thursdays, and from 8:00 AM to:00 PM on Fridays.
Food Pantry
Our food pantry provides a selection of essentials for the availability and preference of our clients. We keep the pantry stocked with good that will ensure their needs are met.

Some of the fresh goods in our pantry are grown from our community garden at Crabtree Farms.

We also accept donations from organizational partners, who help maintain the pantry full of produce.
